1. Water Supply
In different industries, the requirements for water supply vary greatly. Some require frequent small amounts of water supply, while others require rapid water supply without affecting the water supply of other systems. Therefore, our pumps are carefully designed to ensure constant water pressure and flow during use. Advanced water quality monitoring systems can be used for water quality monitoring if necessary.
Pumps can be customized according to customer requirements, providing precise pressure water supply, including single-stage pumps, multi-stage pumps, and booster pumps. In addition, our pumps comply with relevant standards for drinking water pumps, and booster pumps can be equipped with variable frequency motors and pump controllers.
2. Cleaning
Washing treatment, as part of the production line or an independent unit, is actually indispensable in most industries, even if not all. Generally, cleaning equipment includes bottle washers, parts washers, car wash systems, mobile cleaning systems, on-site cleaning systems, and on-site disinfection systems.
As key components of cleaning systems, our single-stage, multi-stage, or submersible pumps are fully optimized to withstand corrosive detergents, high temperatures, and frequent starts and stops. These pumps can be sanitary or non-sanitary.
If equipped with a frequency converter, compact pumps can provide three cleaning pressures for liquid soap spraying (low pressure), on-site cleaning (high pressure), and high-pressure cleaning (ultra-high pressure). In addition, metering pumps can be installed on the pumps to help operators accurately add additives.
3. Cooling
Cooling systems play a very important role in cooling towers, machining centers, and other industrial applications. Therefore, a highly reliable cooling solution is very important.
Our cooling pumps are particularly suitable for brine, glycol, liquid ammonia, liquid carbon dioxide, and even refrigerants. Although our products are very suitable for various liquids, we have specially designed shaft seals for each specific application, mainly referring to optimized safety, durability, and efficiency. At the same time, metering pumps should be used to ensure the accurate dosage of chemical additives. In addition to cooling pumps, customized air conditioning solutions are also provided.
4. Clean-in-Place
Clean-in-place systems are widely adopted by enterprises that pay great attention to hygiene and contamination, as they can clean tanks, pipelines, and entire production lines without disassembling them, thus saving time and money.
Our clean-in-place water pumps are made of stainless steel and can withstand high temperatures (110°C) and corrosive detergents. For the food and pharmaceutical industries, sanitary pumps are not necessary because clean-in-place systems do not come into contact with the production process. However, electro-polishing is still required to ensure that there are no residues inside the pump casing. Using necessary cleaning agents and precision metering pumps can further accelerate the cleaning process.
To achieve sterilization, our multi-stage pumps can be used to supply water to boilers, and the steam generated can effectively clean bottles and other objects at extremely high temperatures.
5. Firefighting
